Stern Report Amendments in online archive

Dear National Archives,

It has been reported that Chapter 5 of the the Stern Report, as
archived at:

has been amended since publication in respect of the costs as
percentage of US GDP in table 5.2 (Chapter 5 page 18).

The original version showed a figure of 1.3% for the cost
attributable to hurricanes but this has been changed by a factor of
10 to read 0.13% in the current version.

There are no annotations to explain or even notify this change.

2) Please provide the reason for this change

3) Please provide an update history of all PDFs of Stern Report
chapters in your archive showing the dates of any other changes
made since initial archiving.

4) Please provide, for any updates identified in (3), the text or
information changed and the reason for that change.
