Dear Sir or Madam, I remind you of my request under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000, which was due on the 16th July 2008. Under
the terms of the Act, you are required to respond with 20 working
days, this time limit has now been exceeded.

Consider this email as both a reminder and an appeal. I would also
remind you that your office via the Permanent Secretary, was once
before censured by the Parliamentary Ombudsman for failing to
release information to me, do I need to go back to her and make
another complaint?

Yours sincerely,

Terry Harding
