Dear C P Elliott,

I can confirm that the Broads Authority is aware of the Town and Country Planning Use Classes Order 2006 and is subject to its provisions. Please note for future correspondence that the Authority's Correct title is Broads Authority and not Broads National Park Authority - we are a member of the National park family but are not a national park.
