Dear Sir or Madam,
I wonder if you might be kind enough to supply me with some
statistics regarding the numbers of complaints submitted for your
inquiries and the numbers refused without investigation. I am
specifically interested in the category of complaints submitted to
you for investigation in the category of complaints about nhs
psychiatry. I am also interested in numbers of complaints submitted
to your office regarding psychiatric prescriptions and permanent
heaslth damage caused by psychiatric prescriptions within the nhs.
Both of these categories would be adequately represented in terms
of statistical percentages, representative samples, if they were
either over the period of the last 12 months, or ten years, which
ever is the easiest to access.
Please supply the number of complaints you recieved and the number
you refused to investigate in each category, and the number of
complaints which rsulted in a conclusion against the wishes of the
nhs, (i e complaint upheld against malprectice or misinformation of
the nhs etc ). Please also supply me with an average of the the
number of cases of all types which you refuse to investigate, (all
types of cases concerning the nhs).
Yours with thanks, Germaine Gross
