25 May 2010

Dear Ms Wilson,

Your response to this request is long overdue. According to law you
should have responded within twenty working days of submission.

The e-mail server at whatdotheyknow.com used for the request
received an acknowledgement from your e-mail server on 10th March
2010.

Upon subsequent enquiry after the expiration of the legal deadline
for a response, it was claimed that the e-mail had not been
received and that a submission date of 13th April would be assigned
to the request.

The legal deadline for even this delayed submission date has long
since passed and you have not provided any substantive response
since a follow-up request was sent over ten days ago.

Please provide a meaningful indication of how much longer you
require to provide the requested information.

Yours sincerely,

David Watson
