Dear Sir or Madam,
I would appreciate obtaining the following information in relation
to Council Staff: -
1 Number of IT staff (to include outsourced IT support) along with
details of type of support offered i.e. technical, strategic,
management etc. Job descriptions of staff in IT would be
appreciated to clarify the structure.
2 Number of Finance staff (same info as above)
3 Number of Customer Service Advisors/Administrative Staff (same
info as above)
4 Does the Council use a Customer Relationship management system
and if so, what type of software do you use?
5 Please make available a copy of your internal and external
complaints procedures.

With regards to your request for information under the Freedom of
Information Act I would now like to answer your request as per your
numbered questions below as follows:
1) Two IT Staff - 1 x Project Officer (F/T)
1 x Project Assistant (F/T)
They both provide mainly technical and project support They are managed
by the Assistant Director of Finance who is also responsible for IT To
provide core application support for wider support contracts externally.
Job descriptions attached.
2) Seven Finance Staff - 2 x Payroll Officers (F/T)
3 x Finance Staff (F/T)
1 x Management Accountant (F/T)
1 x Procurement Manager (F/T)
All of the above report to Assistant Director of Finance. Job
descriptions attached.
3) 4 Customer Services Staff - 4 x Customer Services Advisors (F/T)
4 x Customer Services
Assistants (2 x F/T and 2 x P/T)
7 Administrative Staff - 4 Administrative Assistants/Deputy
Registrars (F/T)
- 1 Administrative Assistant
(Temporary) (F/T)
- 1 Records Management Officer
(F/T)
- 1 Registrar (F/T)
All of the above report to Assistant Director of Administration. Job
Descriptions attached.
4) Local Authority Customer Relationship Management System which is
a web-based application infrastructure independently used or may be
installed for either Oracle or SQL Server Target Databases.
