Dear Sir or Madam,
I would appreciate obtaining the following information in relation
to Council Staff: -
1 Number of IT staff (to include outsourced IT support) along with
details of type of support offered i.e. technical, strategic,
management etc. Job descriptions of staff in IT would be
appreciated to clarify the structure.
2 Number of Finance staff (same info as above)
3 Number of Customer Service Advisors/Administrative Staff (same
info as above)
4 Does the Council use a Customer Relationship management system
and if so, what type of software do you use?
5 Please make available a copy of your internal and external
complaints procedures.

2008 and taking cognisance of Section 16 of the Freedom of Information Act,
to provide advice and assistance; I would be grateful if you could provide
me with some clarification on your request. in relation to the information
