Staff at The Haven Respite Care Unit run by RBKC staff?
Liz R (Account suspended) made this Freedom of Information request to Hammersmith and Fulham Borough Council
Waiting for an internal review by Hammersmith and Fulham Borough Council of their handling of this request.
From: Liz R (Account suspended)
4 February 2010
Dear Hammersmith & Fulham Borough Council,
Hello.
Please can you provide me with details as to how Kensington and
Chelsea council are responsible for and employ all staff at The
Haven Respite Care Unit for disabled children please and also, do
you keep details of staff that work at The Haven? I understand so
far that you don't keep records and that the Haven is not, in fact,
a Hammersmith and Fulham responsibilty, this is confusing as Mark
Blake is the manager (or was) and he is a Hammersmith and Fulham
Employee as have other staff been, so I am unclear as to whom is
keeping records on, employing and getting CAB checks on staff who
work there?
Thanks for advice/information
Yours faithfully,
Liz R

Whatever way I put this, you're (both councils) refusing to answer
my questions, it could be due to the 'Brett Taylor' character at
Kensington and Chelsea 'independent' social worker..strangely
employed full-time as a 'global assessor' (all councils in UK) of
which children to take from what parents across the UK? The
malicious activity at Kensington Council is absolutely staggering
from the Childrens' Departments. I am not alone in that view and
understand the majority of staff are good people. Whatever the case
this is worrying and unsettling, as it is my child lives with an
extremely violent, (much) convicted drug-addict that is supported
by Judge Munby and his 'secret' law society that refuse parents
legal help then take children for them to be raped in care homes
and so on- secret family courts must be stopped. I have to ask is
this a peadophile ring you are covering up? A lot of people are
believing that the withholding of vital information from a parent
is due to peadophiles and illegal immigrants working in the area,
the children need protection, do you understand?
This type of malicious withholding of information causes wars.
Can you confirm you are keeping strict records of all employees as
the children will sue one day, successfully, if they have been
raped or harmed in any way.
I am entitled to the information but I refuse to go to 'secret'
court of Judge Munby as many believe him to be responsible for
extreme abuse and this sort of withholding of information only adds
fuel to the fire and horrible gossip, WHY oh why are you
withholding the information if there is nothing to hide?
Yours sincerely,
Liz R
