Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of West Yorkshire
Police's handling of my FOI request 'Stab Vests'.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is

All I request is a one sentence answer...for example: Stab Vests
were introduced in 2002 as standard issue uniform to protect
officers against stabbing and shooting incidents" Surely the Chief
Constable or another officer can recall the generic reasons why and
the year they were introduced.
