St Aldate's/Queen Street development

A Freedom of Information request to Oxford City Council by Kaihsu Tai

Oxford City Council did not have the information requested.

Kaihsu Tai

6 August 2008

Dear Madam or Sir,

On Thursday 24 July 2008, I attended a consultation at New Road
Baptist Church about the proposal of the development of St Aldate’s
and Queen Street, presented by the Carlyle Group and Tristan
Fitzgerald Associates. The questionnaires we (the attendees) were
encouraged to fill out stated that the comments would be passed to
the Council. Would you please provide the report containing the
analysis of this set of questionnaires when/if it becomes
available?

Thank you very much.

(If possible, would you please use this email address for this
present request, rather than any previous address you might have on
file, as I am using a different email address to track each of my
requests. Again, many thanks.)

Sincerely,

Dr Kaihsu Tai

Dear Dr. Tai,
We are expecting that the comments will be submitted to
the Council as part of the Planning Application when the developers
submit that. I have asked to be kept informed of progress and will let
you know when the application is submitted.

Dear Martin,

Thank you for your message of 7 August 2008 saying that the
comments regarding the development of St Aldate's/Queen Street
‘will be submitted to the Council as part of the Planning
Application when the developers submit that’. Since the holding of
this information by the Council depends on actions by third
parties, unless the Council now holds this information, I am happy
to withdraw this Freedom of Information request. Please do advise
on how you would like to proceed.

Again, I thank you for your considerate assistance.

Sincerely,

Kaihsu Tai
