Dear Comhairle nan Eilean Siar / Western Isles Council,

I note that you have failed to respond within the statutory time
limit to my FOI request relating to spending on additional support
for learning. However, I also appreciate that the due date fell in
the winter holiday period.

I trust therefore that you will now be able to respond at the
earliest opportunity - if this is unlikely to be before Friday 8
January please advise of a reason for the delay and a likely
response date.

Yours faithfully,

Kate Higgins (fSDC liaison project)
