Dear Applicant,
Kent Police have received a number of requests for information that was
disclosed to the Guardian newspaper in January 2010. Some information was
disclosed during an interview that was given as part of a response to a
Freedom of Information request, and further information was provided
following that interview.
Much of the information was held and provided in hard copy paper form.
Further to the disclosure, a formal response was issued to the applicant,
specifying what information had been redacted or withheld entirely and
what exemptions applied.
The applicant has asked for an internal review of part of that decision
and I am currently undertaking this work.
At this time I am reviewing all of the material that was disclosed and at
the same time compiling all of the disclosable information into a single
electronic document, in logical and chronological order, which Kent Police
will be happy to provide to you as soon as this work is
completed. However, this is a highly detailed and time consuming task that
will take me some further days to complete.
With that in mind I would ask for your patience while I complete this
work. If you would like to discuss your request in the meantime please
feel free to contact me on my office number 01622 652668.
Yours sincerely,

Dear Freedom of Information Freedom of Information,
Please could you outline when this request will be completed? If
you have already supplied the information once then could you not
simply reissue the same documents?
I can provide a postal address to send hard copies to, if this is
easier?
Yours sincerely,
Marie Koenigsberger
