Dear Sir or Madam,
Please provide information on when the Consultancy Solace
Enterprises has been used since 1997 by Barking and Dagenham
Council for:
1. Recommending Senior Management for posts within B&D Council.
2. Salary scales for Senior Management within B&D Council.
3. Detail the salary level for the management position before
Solace Enterprises became involved and the salary level after their
recommendations were made and taken up for 1 and 2 above.
4.Detail which positions have been filled as a result of
recommendations by Solace Enterprises.
5. Detail the positions where salary changes took place on the
recommendation by Solace Enterprises but the personnel did not
change.
