Dear Sir or Madam,
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am requesting the
names of the companies and organisations short-listed in the
competitive tendering process for Babergh District Council’s
replacement Geographic Information System (GIS). I would be
grateful if you could provide the following information: • The
number of suppliers who expressed an interest in tendering for this
contract • The names of these suppliers • The names of the
suppliers who were invited to tender • The value of the bids
received by the invited suppliers
I look forward to a speedy reply.
Yours faithfully,
James Tomlinson jamest70@googlemail.com
