Dear Mr Scott,
Thankyou for your response to FOI request DE00000284845.
Can you confirm whether the information does not exist (i.e. there
were no minuted meetings between the SoH and Dept of Health in the
last two years) or that they DO exist but are not held within the
Dept of Health?
If the latter, I would grateful if you could direct me to the
suitable contact.
Yours sincerely,
Trevor Mathers

Dear Sir or Madam,
Thankyou for your response.
I would draw your attention the Society of Homeopaths webpage
(www.homeopathy-soh.org/whats-new/press-releases.aspx)
which contains the following:
----------
The Society of Homeopaths, ... today announced that it has begun a
wide-ranging consultation as it prepares to launch the UK’s first
independent single register and regulatory body for homeopaths.
Following a recent meeting with the Department of Health, the Board
of the 30 year old Society resolved to divest its self-regulation
and governance arm from its membership and continuing professional
development functions in order to create a first-class regulatory
body, which will govern the professional practice of an expanding
number of homeopathy practitioners.
-------------
It appears the SoH claim that there indeed was a meeting. Please
confirm that this meeting did, in fact, not take place.
Yours sincerely,
Trevor Mathers
