Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Home Office should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Sir or Madam,

hello ive recently been told that i am a memeber of society to
which i cant ever remember joining ive never applied for membership
for this society but it seems it has been forced upon me by
government at birth!i request the information as how to
disassociate myself from this so called society as im aware that
slavery was abolished.so to join a society it must be a fully
voluntary act or otherwise been seen as a form of slavery to which
you have no choice!i dont wish to take lawful action against the
government as im sure they ment their best but if i want to be a
member of anything then that would be made by my own free will not
be made for me!
many thanks for your time and il await your response.

Yours faithfully,

Now this is really an abuse of the FOI system, and I pity any civil servant who has to answer the question. if you really wish to divorce yourself from society I presume that you will be willing to forego just some of the following

1. health treatment
2. public transport
3. street lighting
the need to use the police if you are the victim of a crime
your right to vote

ben jones this is not a clear breach what so ever if you wish to help fund genocide and wars then please feel free to do so but dont expect everyone else to stay on board!whilst there are governments killing innocent people for material gains ie oil then how can there ever become peace and love and freedom?you seem to accept to bow down to a so called authority as if its master when in fact government is slave we are the true masters and only by taking full responsability of your actions can you be truely free.
an eye for an eye just ends up with alot of half blind people walking around.

Dear Mr Baker

I am replying to your Freedom of Information request in your e-mail of 6
July.

You ask for information on how to disassociate yourself from society. The
Home Office does not hold any information on this subject. You say that
you have been told that you are a member of society and, in a very loose
sense, everyone is. However, the meaning of the word `society' is open to
interpretation and society is not something that people apply for
membership of or apply to leave. Some people might hold (as did a former
prime minister) that there is no such thing as `society'.

Provided you act in accordance with the law you are quite free to regard
yourself as not being a member of society if you wish.

Regards

Adrian Brook

Dear Brook Adrian,
thank you for your reply but as you said the term society is used
loosely and is not something people apply for so in that sense of
the meaning then surely then that means that you are forced into
society via birth hense the birth certificate and without the birth
certificate you would not be entitled to things like schooling or
health care or social security or benefits and by having the birth
certificate its the only way to bring you into the legal system as
the birth certificate is crown property.

you can only be a member of society through choice and also must be
able to dissolve the said membership.

something i need clarification on is what you mean by law?which law
exactly as there are so many various ones been made up as of late
over 3000 in the past 12 years?

Yours sincerely,

mark-william:baker
