I would like to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act
with regard to the University's Socially Responsible Investment
(SRI) policy.

The University Court agreed that, in the interests of transparency,
"the portfolio of investments should be published in the Annual
Reports and Financial Statements with effect from 2003". I would
like electronic PDF copies of these reports and financial
statements published from 2003 to present.

I would also like electronic copies of the minutes of each meeting
held by the Investment Committee of the Finance Department from its
establishment to the last meeting held, together with the agenda
and papers for these meetings.

Finally, I would like electronic copies of the original 2003 SRI
policy documents and any subsequent revisions to these to the
present date.

Thank you for your initial response to my FOI request on Socially
Responsible Investment.

Further to this previous correspondence, when will you be able to
supply me with the items classified as "closed business" from the
Investment Committee? I am interested specifically in papers,
minutes and agendas relating to SRI. These include: the paper
circulated on SRI at the meeting of 25 September 2006 (agenda item
2.5); Paper D from the meeting of 5 March 2007 and minutes for
Agenda item 4.1 for the same meeting.
