FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 - INFORMATION REQUEST
Your request for information has now been considered. I am able to provide
you with some of the information you have requested.
1) How many people applied?
The Recruitment Centre only retain information relating to closed
recruitment campaigns for 6 months before the file is destroyed. As these
posts were advertised in January 2009 the campaign file has been destroyed
and it is therefore extremely difficult to accurately confirm the history
of the campaign. We have however checked our recruitment system and found
there to be 6 applicants against reference AHCS.4733, which suggests that
there were 6 applicants.
2) How many people got short listed for interview?
The Recruitment Centre only retain information relating to closed
recruitment campaigns for 6 months before the file is destroyed. As these
were advertised in January 2009 the campaign file has been destroyed and
it is therefore extremely difficult to accurately confirm the history of
the campaign We have however checked our recruitment system and obtained
two letters sent to applicants inviting them for an interview, therefore
suggesting that two applicants were shortlisted for interview.
3) The actual questions used in the interview(s) for this post, including
a copy of the document/form or documents/forms used to record the
interviewees responses, in addition to scoring or evaluating any
interviewee's responses.
