Dear Wright, Elaine,
Thank you for your prompt reply to my request. However I am unable
to read it due to the file format you sent it in. In my original
message I said:
"Please note that replies which involve attachments in proprietary
file formats (such as PDFs, Word Documents and others) are not
acceptable. A reply which is not in plain text format will be
deemed to be a refusal to answer."
You have sent me a PDF file, a format I specifically mentioned as
being unacceptable. I am unable to read this format and require the
response to be delivered to me in plain text format. Please resend
your reply as plain text so I can read it, or I will have to
proceed with an internal review.
Yours sincerely,
Max Power

read what I wrote in my original request

Plain text is ordinary inline text inside an email, or a .txt
attachment. If you do not know what this is please read the
Wikipedia article on Text files, at

I require your response in this format because I'm visually
impaired and require the response to be delivered in a format my
screen reader software is compatible with.
