Dear Roxanne,

Just a polite note to remind you that this request, one of the
first I've ever made, is still awaiting a response.

I would appreciate if you indicate the reason for this delay.It
seems to me to have been quite a straightforward FOI request as the
council must hold copies of the questionnaire that selected
residents are being asked to complete.

It should be simple matter to upload a document.

If there are legitimate reasons for the delay will you please state
what they are.

I would like to make it quite clear that my interest is in, but not
limited to, the 'Social' questions included as part of the current
Residential Property survey.
