Social care for profoundly Deaf children

Thank you for your request for information regarding the following
information:

'What service provision did this social services offer profoundly Deaf
children from 2003 to April 2009. Could you also list how many profoundly
Deaf children you are currently providing service. By provision I mean
activities and advice/guidance that could aid the child's social,
emotional, cultural and linguistic needs; or support for the family/carer.

By Profoundly Deaf I mean those so Deaf that they use sign language to
communicate, which we received on the 28 April 2009.'

To help us answer your request within the 20 working days please could you
clarify the month in 2003 that you would like information from?

Once we have received clarification from yourself, the request will be
classed under the Freedom Of Information Act 2000.

require details of the actual services provided to each Deaf child during
this period, or a list of the different options/services available through
the County Council for Deaf children during this period.

obliged to deal with your request unless this further information is
provided.
