Dear Fylde Borough Council,
Please can you provide me with the following information under the
Freedom Of Information Act 2000:-
(a) company name, addresses and rateable values of Commercial
properties that are within your Council with rateable values
between £5,000 to £8,000 who are eligible for, but not currently
receiving small business rate relief; and
(b) the names of the owners of those properties referred to in
(a);and
(c) the relevant billing authority reference number as referred to
in (a)

Dear Mr Woodley
Thank you for your recent request for information which is being handled
by us under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
From our preliminary assessment, we estimate that compliance with your
request would exceed the appropriate costs limit under section 12 of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000 and is therefore being refused on this
basis. The appropriate costs limit is £450 and we estimate that it would
cost the authority at least £1,025 to produce the information requested.
This estimate is based on a manual interrogation of at least 500 accounts,
taking on average 5 minutes per account to obtain the relevant
information.
If you are unhappy with the way your request for information has been
