council for slip and trip incidents during December 2009 and
January 2010.
I would like a breakdown giving the location of the incident, the
reason for claim, the date of the incident and outcome of the
claim.

Dear Ms Wilson
I refer to your request of 26 January. To date, EDC have received 8
insurance claims for slip and trip incidents that occurred in December 2009
and January 2010. The breakdown of location, reason, date and outcome at
present is attached.

If you are dissatisfied with the way in which East Dunbartonshire Council
has dealt with your request, you are entitled to require the Council to
review its decision. Please note that in order for a review to take place
you must:
- Lodge a written requirement for a review within 40 working days of the
date of this letter
- Include a correspondence address and a description of the original
request and the reason why you are
dissatisfied.
