Dear Sir or Madam,

All employees of Nottingham City Council recently receiving a
letter containing details of their new pay grades and any backpay
due under the NJC Single Status Job Evaluation scheme.

AS Nottingham City Council is a public body and has a duty to be
transparent in all its dealing and Under the Freedom of Information
ACT I would like to request a copy of all the new grades (shown in
comparison against existing grades)for ALL POSTS in the ENVIRONMENT
AND REGENERATION DEPARTMENT. I do not want names of indviduals but
simply Post Title, Existing Pay Grade, Proposed Pay Grade and
amount of backpay due.

I accept that the proposals have not yet been implemented and are
subject to a review but the results are held and have been issued
to all staff.

FOIA Request: IGO/08-4185

Dear Ms Ward,

I have still not received the information requested on Single
Status Grading that was made under FOIA. As per the regulations the
information should have been provided by no later than 17 December
2008 and you have failed to meet that requirement.

I request that an INTERNAL REVIEW be taken of my request and
failure to meet the deadline. I further request that the
information that I seek be provided forthwith.

If I have not received the information that I seek within the next
48 hours I will refer the matter to the INFORMATION COMMISSIONER
for further action against Nottingham City Council.

Hopefully, the information will be provided within the 48 hours
deadline and no further action will be required by me in this
matter.

Dear Mr.Blenkinsopp,

The Single Status team has now resolved how best to respond to
requests and the final job reports and scores for every job
evaluated will be published both on the Intranet and the Internet
on or before the 19th December 2008.

I note from the above paragraph in your letter that you intend to
publish the required data by tomorrow (19 December 2008) - I look
forward to viewing it then!
