law to supply the ring numbers of non scheduled 3 birds such wag
tails blue tits i mean the parents ring numbers when you sell the
young off them and was there consultation if so and how with

This dept are compulsive lyres . yes they do keep information i received information from these people from 1977.
They have all the consultation this department needs to hide it though the corruption is ingrained with this department.. Do not take this information they give as anything that resembles the truth because they are incalculable of that concept.
