What is the Financial Ombudsman's policy on handling complaints
which include issues relating to Sharia Law ?

How may complaints did you receive this year relating in any way to
Sharia Law ?

Provide copies of the two most recent adjudications which relate in
any way to Sharia Law

Provide copies of the two most recent ombudsman decisions which
relate in any way to Sharia Law (also include the adjudicator's
decision for the same complaint)

For the avoidance of doubt I am seeking information about
complaints which relate in any way to Sharia Law , Sharia Law does
not need to be the main subject of the complaint and the
adjudicator/ombudsman do not have to agree that the complaint
relates to Sharia Law
If the complainant,financial firm,ombudsman staff or anyone else
raise the issue of Sharia Law , then that fits definition of the
information I require

complaints" then also provide the same information in respect of
your definition
