The Act gives rights to requesters in relation to recorded information
held by Public Authorities.
Under section 21 of the Act, we are not obliged to provide information
which is already accessible by other means. The presentation that is
available on the CIO website was the only one given at the Shared
Services Briefing on 17 July 2008.
