Dear Ms Adams

Thank you for your email received by London Underground on 25 February.

Unfortunately, from the description provided, we cannot identify the
information you requested. Please can you confirm if you require details
of complaints received by customers about being sexually harrassed whilst
travelling on the underground. It would also be helpful if you can
confirm if you are referring to harrassment by other customers or by
staff.

Please note that the 20 working day deadline for responding to requests
under the Freedom of Information Act will not begin until we receive some
additional information to help clarify your request.

Dear Ms Adams

Thank you for your further email to London Underground. You have asked
for information about sexual harrassment on the the tube.

Unfortunately TfL does not hold the information you have requested. I am
sorry that we are not able to assist you on this occasion. The data
requested would be held by the BTP (British Transport Police). You can
submit a request to them under the terms of the Freedom of Information.
