Clearly, it is important to show in the Public Domain that Services
are being provided in an open,honest,transparent and accountable
way

Please quote the clauses directly within the Constitution and
supporting documents, which relates to this case?

And confirm if Sevenoaks District Council provides open,
honest,transparent,accountable Public Services?

A simple yes or no is all that is required regarding the latter?

Thank you for partial response (below)
Quote:

the confines of

have now provided all the information we can on this matter.’

It is discerning to note that other Council’s are confident enough
for a straight forward simple Yes or No answer to appear in the
Public domain; as to whether they are committed to providing
honest, open, transparent, accountable Public Services, which sends
a clear message to the Electorate. It is disappointing to note that
Sevenoaks Council does not feel that it is within their ability to
do so.
