Dear Croydon Borough Council,

This request relates to housing-related services provided at the
location of 108-110 Fonthill Road, London N4 3HT. These services
may also be known as or provided under the names:

Olympia House
Active Serve Ltd
Homewise Properties
Keynest

Can you please supply the following information:

1) The number of people your organization has placed or housed at
this location in each year from 2001 – 2010

2) The terms of the contract between your organisation and the
provider

3) What services have been provided and in which time period were
those individual services offered (for example, accommodation may
have been provided in 2002, accommodation plus counselling may have
been provided from 2006-2009 etc)

4) The cost of those services

5) Any marketing material advertising services sent from the
provider or their agent to you

6) Demographics of the people you have housed at this location

Some parts of this request may be easier to answer than others, and
should this prove to be the case would ask that you release
available data as soon as possible rather than hold up the entire
request.

I would prefer to receive this information electronically. If the
decision is made to withhold some of this data using exemptions in
Act, please inform me of that fact and cite the exemptions used.

If you need any clarification then please contact me via this
service. Under your section 16 duty to provide advice and
assistance I would expect you to contact me if you find this
request unmanageable in any way.
