Dear Manchester City Council,

I would like to request a copy of all invoices and plans for future
works involving my flat in Moston of which I am the leaseholder. I
would like information regarding my Service Charge of £890 per
year. I would like to know where these funds are being spent and
how the sinking fund monies are to be spent or invoices to show
services I have received since I occupied this flat from 2005.
