I would like to know, according to the Local Authority's
statistics, how many Private Landlords there are in the
Blackley/Harpurhey District and how many Licenses have been issued
to Private Landlords of non-HMO properties under the Selective
Licensing Scheme. Further, how many Private Landlords have received
fines for not obtaining a License from Manchester City Council.
