Select Committee Report

Mr Wyllie made this Freedom of Information request to Wales Office / Swyddfa Cymru

Wales Office / Swyddfa Cymru did not have the information requested.

From: Mr Wyllie

4 February 2010

Dear Sir or Madam,

This is a request for information under the Freedom of Information
Act 2000.

In its eighth report of session 2008-09, the Business and
Enterprise Committee of the House of Commons said:

"78. Unfortunately, government departments do not appear to
appreciate this at present....At the beginning of this inquiry, the
Committee asked each government department several questions...A
number of departments...[including] Wales) failed to respond at
all."

Please provide me with information about communications and work
the Wales Office has undertaken, if any, since the report's
publication to identify why it failed to respond to a request for
information from the Select Committee.

Such information should be provided as copies of documents, in
electronic format.

Thank you.

Yours faithfully,

Mr Wyllie
