Dear Sir or Madam,
I understand that the staff who field calls to the Tax Credits
helpline work from scripts that allow them to answer questions from
members of the public. Other individuals and organisations would
find these scripts useful. I would therefore be grateful if you
could release these scripts and consider making them available in
an electronic format on an ongoing basis.
Yours faithfully,
Richard Allan.
