Dear Ms Mackenzie

Thank you for your email.

At present, I am unable to determine what information we can provide to
you in response to your request. Please could you clarify what
information you are requesting from the Scottish Public Services
Ombudsman, and what is meant by 'review', and I will look into this
further. The request seems to be asking for the Scottish Public
Services Ombudsman to identify and provide the precise primary
legislation (Act or Acts, and/or associated secondary Regulations) that
set out what a Minister would expect authorities to keep under review.
This request might be more appropriately directed to the Scottish
Government.

I look forward to your response.

Yours sincerely

7 December 2009

Dear Ms Mackenzie

I am writing further to my email of 26 November 2009.

If the SPSO holds information you are requesting we are more than happy
to provide this to you under the terms of FOISA, however, I apologise
that I am still unable at this stage to establish what information you
are asking for.

I have not received any further information from you following my last
email therefore, for admin purposes, I am closing this request. This in
no way prevents you from clarifying your request in the future, which I
would be happy to try to respond to.

I apologise that I have not been able to help you further.

Yours sincerely
