Please provide a list of all gifts, hospitality or donations
supplied to you by organisations promoting Scientology, over the
past 5 years.

These organisations include:

Greenfields Educational Trust / Hubbard Foundation / ABLE / Applied
Scholastics International / Narconon / Criminon / The Way to
Happiness Foundation International / Church of Scientology

I refer to your recent request for information from this Authority. Our
answers to your questions are below.

You have a right to make a complaint to us if you are not happy with any

The council appear to have misinterpreted the question, which asked for details of gifts supplied by CoS etc to the Council, as asking about gifts supplied by the Council to CoS etc.

I refer to Request for Information Ref: 09/029, which you can find

In your response, you say "No recorded information is held
concerning gifts, hospitality or donations supplied by us to
organisations promoting Scientology over the past 5 years."

My query was regarding gifts received from Scientology
organisations, not gifts donated to Scientology organisations
(which is what your reply refers to).

Can you clear up this confusion?

Dear Mr Thakeray,

The correct text of the enquiry, as reproduced in our response, was circulated to our departments.

Our response however had the words 'to' and 'by' accidentally transposed, and should have read 'No recorded information is held concerning gifts, hospitality or donations supplied to us by organisations promoting Scientology over the past 5 years'.
