Dear Pearson, Andrew (CORPORATE SUPPORT),
Thank you for your reply to my recent foi request concerning
equialities impact report on the sale of PCB shares.
I am a mystified by your report. i.e
How can an assessment be made when no data has been collated? Is a
bid submission by GA part of the contract of sale, i.e are the
conditions legally binding, enforceable with reparation for non
compliance?
Re introduction of low floor vehicles. How early is early
(subjective) and will a contracted compliance date be enforced?
No assessment has been made on the possible impact of lose of
services after the initial 6 months contracted period for
routes(made to protect local councillors in the run up to local
elections???) and the period for school services.
Yours sincerely,
Chris Hocking
