Dear Sir or Madam,
The Minutes of the 22 July 2008 West Kirby Regeneration Liaison
Group Meeting state (Item 4.1) that "A significant number of
respondents (over 70%) felt that the event was worthwhile in
providing local people with an opportunity to air their views."
Please could you supply the document on which this statement is
based.

Good Afternoon,
Thank you for your request for information below. There is no recorded
information to provide to you in relation to your question. This is
because the 70%, reported to the West Kirby Regeneration Liaison Group
had been verbally conveyed to Council Officers by Carpenter Investments
as an approximate figure; after their initial sift of the
questionnaires.
This figure was then revised to 59.3% when Carpenter Investments had
completed a full analysis and submitted their report on the consultation
to Council Officers in November 2008.
