Dear Sir or Madam,
I raised the following request to the Home Office and they
indicated that it was your department's responsibility and that the
request had been forwarded on. I am raising the request directly to
ensure it is dealt with.
As part of the review into the loss of prisoner data by PA
Consulting a safety assessment was undertaken by the Association of
Chief Police Officers and the Ministry of Justice. That assessment
determined that the risk to the public is "low". As a member of the
public I would like a copy of that assessment so that I am able to
understand how such a conclusion was reached.
Yours faithfully,
FishNChipPapers
