Dear Sir or Madam,
As a matter of concern, I would appreciate your response as to the
level of Road Traffic Accidents occuring on Rectory Lane, Standish,
Wigan. I believe it to be one of the lesser known blackspots in the
region and am curious to appreciate the level of accidents which
occur there.

Dear Sir,
In order to provide assistance under s16 of the Freedom of Information
Act, I would appreciate if you could answer the following questions;
(1) For what period are you requesting the information?
(2) What type of Road Traffic Accidents are you seeking? (ie, Serious
Accidents, Fatal Accidents?)
(3) What is the road name that junctions with Rectory Lane?
I would also appreciate if you enter your full name on the bottom of your
request.
After receiving your reply, your request will then be considered and you
will receive the information requested within the statutory timescale of
20 working days as defined by the Freedom of Information Act 2000, subject
to the information not being exempt or containing reference to a third
party.
If the requested additional information has not been received by 05 August
2009, I will assume you no longer wish to proceed with this request and
will treat it as withdrawn.
