Dear Royal Mail Group,

I am writing to ask you to provide the number of Conduct Code cases
carried out under Section 18 and Appendix 4 of your conduct code.
This is the procedure for dealing with Trade Union Representatives.
I would like the following data:-

Years 2007, 2008, 2009.
Number of cases dealt with by the National Appeals Panel.
Percentage split of result (Allowed/Refused)

The information is required for the Letters division only, not for
any other part of the group.
