Dear Sirs,
I am writing to request information from the Council of the Isles
of Scilly.
Please can you provide me with:
(1) The agreement(s) between the members of the Route Partnership
formed to address transport issues to the Isles of Scilly.("the
Partnership")
(2) The constitution of the Partnership
(3) Minutes of Partnership meetings since 1 January 2009
This request should be considered under the Environmental
Information Regulations 2004 ("EIR") as transport is an activity
which affects the environment but the Freedom of Information Act
2000 may also be relevant. Please apply the presumption in favour
of disclosure as required by EIR 12(2). Please acknowledge receipt.

Regarding the constitution of the Route Partnership it is not a formal partnership but exists to make recommendations to the parent authorities who then go through the normal decision making processes.
