Dear Mr Crossan
Thank you for your email of 9 September 2008.
I should point out that we do not hold information regarding grants
supplied by the Scottish Executive. Companies House maintains a public
register of information on all limited companies. Part of the
information held will be annual accounts submitted by each of these
companies and as such it is possible that any accounts submitted by
Rosehill Housing Association Limited may contain the information you
require.
Information from the public register is available to the public for a
fee. Details of how to conduct a search and our prices are available
via our website at www.companieshouse.gov.uk
Under section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 any information
that is reasonably accessible to the applicant, albeit on payment of a
fee, is exempt information under the Act. I must therefore refuse your
request for information under this legislation.
As this request has been considered under the freedom of information
legislation, I am required to inform you that if you are unhappy with
the result of your request for information you may request an internal
review within two calendar months of the date of this email. Any request
for such a review should be addressed, in the first instance to me, and
I will ensure that it is forwarded to a senior member of Companies House
who has had no previous involvement in this case and they will undertake
the review. If you are then not content with the outcome of the
internal review, you have the right to apply directly to the Information
Commissioner for a decision. The Information Commissioner can be
contacted at; Information Commissioner’s Office, Wycliffe House, Water
Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF.
Yours sincerely
