I refer to your e-mail of 1^st December 2008 asking for information about
reports under the Road Traffic Reduction Act 1997. We have dealt with
your request in terms of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act.
Attached to this e-mail are the following documents:
1. Original Road Traffic Reduction Act Report from the technical appendix
of the Local Transport Strategy for Fife of 2000
2. Excerpt from the current Local Transport Strategy explaining
background issues and awaited update from The Scottish
Government/Transport Scotland (update still awaited)
