Dear Enfield Council,

I am looking into how often Oakthorpe Road N13 undergoes Road
Safety Checks. Mainly after some information as to how and when
these Inspections are undertaken. The road at the moment has pot
holes scattered all around. I find that this road, which is used by
many to get onto the North Circular, seems to be patched up every
year. I hope you see fit to resutface the worst section of it as it
has become a very rough road.
