following information:

Could you please send me details of the repairs and inspection
carried out on the A4074 between Abingdon road and Heyford Hill,
between December 2008 and March 2009

Thank you for your request of 31 January 2010 in which you asked for the
following information:

Could you please send me details of the repairs and inspection
carried out on the A4074 between Abingdon road and Heyford Hill,
between December 2008 and March 2009

This road is part of the Southern Bypass, Oxford and its correct
designation is the A423.

I attach the following information:

* Copies of the Road Inspection Record which is a record of the
monthly statutory inspections for this route.
* Copies of two Defect Reports, numbered 35851 and 35852. These were
the only defects raised for the section of carriageway enquired
about, between the relevant dates.
* Copies of defect reports raised from Public Enquiry Manager (PEM)
entries and / or the result of inspections. These are numbered
34118, 34281, 35128, 35129, 36021, 36022, 36730 and 37178.
