Dear Mr Wells

Further to your Freedom of Information Request dated 6th November. I
now respond as follows:

1. The amount of times that the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act
has been used by the Borough of Poole in the last financial year is 4.
Once to monitor a noise disturbance to a Poole resident's property and
the other three times to monitor and observe anti-social behaviour at
Poole residents' properties.

2. The cost for the above would fall under the work of the Officers
employed by the Service Unit so therefore at no extra cost to the
Council.

If you require any further information, please do not hesitate to
contact me.

Kind Regards
Miss H L Foot
