Tom Farmery made this Freedom of Information request to Humberside Police
Humberside Police did not have the information requested.
From: Tom Farmery
2 February 2010
Dear Humberside Police,
I have recently received information regarding the ages of people
who have an anti-social behaviour order over the four divisions of
Humberside Police.
I would now like updated figures as the information I currently
have is now out of date.
I would like a break down of different age categories:
0-10, 11-15, 16-20, 21-25, 26-30, 31-35, 36-40, 41- 45, 46-50,
51-55, 56-60, 61+
Once again I would like the break down to cover all four divisions
- Division A, Division B, Division C and Division D - of Humberside
Police.
The information I have requested falls under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000.
The Act does state that I am deserving of a response within 20
working days.
Yours faithfully,
Tom Farmery

Dear Mr. Farmery,
I write to advise you that the Freedom of Information request you
submitted on 2nd February 2010 has been considered to be substantially
similar (if not identical) to your previous request received on 1st
December 2009 (our ref F-2009-03279) in which you requested a breakdown
into age categories of people who have been issued with an ASBO and as
such Section 14(2) of the legislation has been applied to this request.
Section 14(2) states:
Where a public authority has previously complied with a request for
information which was made by any person it is not obliged to comply
with a subsequent identical or substantially similar request from that
person unless a reasonable interval has elapsed between compliance with
the previous request and the making of the current request.
Although a 'reasonable interval' is not defined in the legislation, it
is recommended that 60 working days be considered reasonable. Therefore
it would be appreciated if you could re-submit your request on or after
1st March 2010, if you still require this information, when it will be
given full consideration.
In accordance with Section 17 of the Act, this letter represents a
Refusal Notice for this particular request.
Should you need to discuss this further please contact Information
Compliance Unit on the details shown below.
Yours sincerely,
