REVIEW OF STRUCTURE OF ALL MINISTRIES etc

Dear Sir or Madam,

This was sent to Home Office as involves all other ministerial
bodies and what do they do - deny accountability pass on . I hope
you do not go into that mode too as you will look pretty bad .

TO HOME OFFICE

Surely something is seriously wrong at DWP, if
they & Equality Commission & all other Ministries and regulatory
bodies, who are not contactable, and don't take their illegal acts
seriously. Together they fashion themselves on the marketting tool
the call centre .NB Fraud re: them on my site here which was
rejected ,so I request URGENT multifaceted review with PM's Office
and yourselves as I do have an Affadavit & Expert witness who will
vouch she is also being given same maladministration & rudeness.

I need to contact ,urgently, someone who can assist, as I'm being
ripped off by benefits [ the admin DWP? not backdating DLA
mobility] & being ripped off by lawyers saying going to litigate &
taking £2000 to file papers which courts have now deliberately
destroyed letting admin override legal decision. .

I can't cope with trying to resolve myself as finding whole system
;[see you have the same ??!! ] easily maladministrated as in this
case of a recent an Appeal Tribunal ruling - behind my back .

Having recently done a BA then MA I know not dealing with
individuals is what is causing the problem, statistics can say what
you like Its no good doing quick fixes for one.

By resolving issues for individuals this can help the others .
Anyone with any intelligence should know this.It is these
alienating discriminating attitudes which have contributed to my
cardiac arrest 2 years ago. Please see this to the DWP forum attend
the meeting with you as already trying to get out of .

I request a Review with you with me there
re : the below . I have been caused severe civil liberties human
rights abuse & it is still going on . The system with no discretion
is corrupt and must be illegal.

Dear Sir or Madam,

Can a Court destroy evidence as the Royal Courts of Justice have
done x2 now [ 12 years work] which can prove the administration is
making legal decisions illegally ? This was basis of MA in 2003
which had to be extended a year to find noone legal monitoring .

These people are abusing their positions of power as do not
understand right and wrong causing civil liberties abuse, in call
centres.

Dear O'Brien, Darren,

You are deliberastely misinterpreting the problem which is all my
proof that the admin are defrauding the public of correct benefits
deliberately not carrying out Appeal decision I was given a
Managers word would be sent back to me after 2 letters sent
monitored by my Legal Consultant recorded delivery for courier to
collecct as my legal consultant left the firm as hadn't paid her
and used my money for their litigation to pay her. This[ can't cut
& paste here] was sent by yet another Clerk totally showing no
understanding reeling of f procedures THEY MALADMINISTRATED .Also
sent as letter as don't want to show lack of ethics

If the system is going to allow maladministration of Official
Complaints now the Law How are we going to resolve this corruption?
You passed on this very serious problem back to the perpetrators .
This is serious misconduct by somebody working for us. .
