Dear Ms Rosie,

Firstly, I must once again apologise for the delay taken by East
Dunbartonshire Council in providing you with a response to your enquiry. I
have identified condition surveys and throughput information on the
buildings in question. However, I am concerned that this is not the
information you requested. There will shortly be a working group looking at
the provision of leisure and community facilities in the Torrance area and
that may highlight some information which may be helpful.

Would you like me to send to you copies of the condition surveys and
throughput details of the Caldwell Hall and Community Centre?

Yours sincerely

Dear Sir or Madam,
Thank you for the hall survey and throughput reports. My original
request was for the review of leisure facilities which I presume
will incorporate, not only the fabric part of the review which you
have kindly supplied me with, but the functionality part i.e the
suitability of facilities in satisfying the needs of the people in
the area. Has this been completed yet? I presume this will require
consultation with residents.

Yours sincerely,

Janice Rosie
